At Soule, we believe your dream shoes should reach you as smoothly as they fit you. We work hard to make sure your order is packed with care and shipped with love — here’s how we make it happen:

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India — no hidden costs, just straight-up style.

  • Orders are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days — we quality check every pair before it leaves us.

  • Expect your delivery in about 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

  • We ship via reliable delivery partners to ensure your Soule gets to you safe and sound.

  • As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your Soule journey.

 2. Order Tracking

  • The moment your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • You can track it directly through the courier partner’s site.

  • Need help tracking your order? Don’t worry — just drop us a line at soulefootwearindia@gmail.com and we’ve got you.

 3. Address Details & Delivery

  • Double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout — we want your Soule pair to find you without delay.

  • If you spot a mistake after placing your order, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to fix it before dispatch.

  • Soule is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, so make sure everything’s in place before hitting “Place Order.”
