At Soule, we believe in fashion that fits — your feet, your mood, and your confidence. If something’s off, we’ve got your back. Our return and exchange process is designed to be easy, quick, and no drama.
1. RETURNS
We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s how we make it right:

You can request a return within 2 days of delivery in India and 7 days for international orders.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 working days for it to reflect in your account. -
We’re happy to cover return shipping if your item is damaged or defective.
For all other reasons, the customer covers the return shipping. -

2. EXCHANGES
Wrong size? Change of heart? We totally understand.

Exchange requests can be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

Item should be in its original, unused condition and in original packaging.

You cover the shipping for returning the original item — but we’ll cover the cost to send the new one to you.

To start your exchange, simply email us with your order number and new size/color request.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We keep things fair and transparent. Here's what can’t be returned:

Customized or personalized items

Gift cards

Sale or discounted items
4. RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Here’s what to do if you want to return or exchange your Soule pair:

Email us at soulefootwearindia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

We’ll guide you through the simple steps.

We also offer pickup service for returns (charges may apply depending on your location).
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PAIRS
Oh no! If you received a damaged or faulty product:

Let us know within 2 days of receiving it.

We’ll arrange for a pickup and either send you a replacement or process a full refund, based on what suits you.
6. REFUND TIMELINE
Once your returned item reaches us and passes our quality check:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

You’ll get a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

It can take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
